Returns:
Non-aromatherapy items: We accept returns on non-aromatherapy items within 30 days from purchase. We will replace any items that arrive damaged for reasons not due to our error. If you need to replace an item with the same item, send us an email at Contact@DorianLynn.com.
Customized aromatherapy items: Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange on any customized aromatherapy items.
Opened aromatherapy items: May be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for store credit.
Refunds (if applicable):
100% Refunds: Any regular-priced, unopened, non-customized aromatherapy product returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a 100% Refund.
Store Credit: All opened, non-customized aromatherapy items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive store credit.
Non-refundable: All customized aromatherapy products, either opened or unopened, are non-refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds are considered on any item that arrives damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy for Written Tarot Readings with Optional Phone Consultation:Â
- Prior to 48 hours - 100% refund and/or reschedule. Failing to reschedule within 7 calendar days will result in no refund.
- Within 48 hours - 50% refund and/or reschedule. Failing to reschedule within 7 calendar days will result in no refund.
- Within 24 hours - no refund, no reschedule.Â
Cancellation Policy for Written Tarot Reading: If you have not submitted the Confidential Written Tarot Reading Questionnaire to us, a 100% refund will be offered. If, however, the answers to the Questionnaire have been submitted, no refund will be offered as the analysis process will have already begun and you will be receiving your Written Tarot Reading as purchased.
Cancellation Policy for Personal Chakra Harmony Analysis: If you have not submitted the Chakra Harmony Analysis Questionnaire to us, a 100% refund will be offered. If, however, the answers to the Questionnaire have been submitted, no refund will be offered as the analysis process will have already begun and you will be receiving your personal chakra chart as purchased.
Cancellation of any scheduled in-person or distance Reiki session: Your appointment is not confirmed unless payment is received. If payment is not received at time of scheduling, session appointment is automatically removed from the schedule.
You may change or cancel your appointment yourself up to 24 hours prior to your session by returning to your appointment confirmation page.
Canceled sessions will receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to scheduled session. The time that it takes for the refund to go through will depend on the refund process of your method of payment (ex: bank or credit card).
Same day cancellations will be charged the session fee, with no refunds.
Shipping:Â
Returns/Exchanges: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as shipment for exchanged item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you may vary.
